Voltage Anticheat provides cheat detection and prevention tools for Minecraft servers. Our Service is currently in pre-release. Accounts and paid purchases are not available at this time.

3. Intended Use and Purpose Limitation

The Voltage Anticheat Services are intended strictly for cheat detection, server protection, and related functionalities as described in these Terms. You must not use Voltage Anticheat for any purpose other than those expressly permitted. Any other use, including but not limited to unauthorized data collection, reverse engineering, or activities outside the scope of cheat prevention and server security, is strictly prohibited. Voltage Anticheat is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or outside their intended purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security or detection mechanisms of Voltage Anticheat.
• Do not use our Services in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not use our Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Service Scope and Technical Requirements

• Service Availability: We only deliver our Services within the European Union. Our Services are not available or distributed to users located outside of the EU.
• Internet Connection: You must have an active and stable internet connection to use our Services. Lack of connectivity may prevent proper operation, updates, or support.
• Hardware Requirements: You must have hardware capable of running Voltage Anticheat and any related software. Insufficient hardware resources may impact performance or compatibility.

6. Eligibility & Restrictions

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may not use our Service or software.
• Identification or verification information may only be requested by Voltage for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or compliance with legal obligations.

7. License, Suspension and Termination

Voltage may request additional information, and may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if:

• We have reason to believe you are engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activities.
• You are involved in the development, promotion, distribution, or frequent use of tools designed to bypass cheat detection or gain unfair advantages in online games.
• You participate in or advocate software piracy, including unauthorized copying, distribution, or advertising of Voltage Anticheat or related products.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information regarding yourself or your server.
• You breach any term of these Terms or related policies.
• We reasonably believe your server is used for activities that threaten the security or stability of Voltage’s infrastructure or other servers.
• There is substantial evidence or suspicion of any of the above behaviors.

Voltage is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

8. Law Enforcement and Cooperation

We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies or authorized third parties to investigate and address illegal or fraudulent activity related to the use of our software. User information may be disclosed when required by law or a valid court order.

9. User Conduct

Users must not use Voltage Anticheat to harass, defame, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users engaging in such behavior.

10. Detection Limitations

You acknowledge that cheat detection mechanisms are not perfect and may not identify all cheating behavior. Voltage Anticheat does not guarantee complete detection and shall not be held liable for damages resulting from undetected cheating.

11. Proof of Residence

We reserve the right to request proof of residence in specific cases, such as when a payment method is associated with a particular country, for the purpose of preventing fraudulent transactions. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in suspension or termination of your access.

12. IP Access Restrictions

Voltage may restrict access to its Services from IP addresses that originate from sanctioned countries, appear in spam or abuse databases, or are otherwise associated with misuse or malicious activities. This may render the anticheat software inoperative for affected users.

13. Data Processing & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process and protect your personal data.
We currently process only IP addresses and hardware identifiers (HWID) to operate and secure our Services and prevent malicious activity.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials related to Voltage Anticheat are owned by Voltage or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit those restrictions.

15. Changes to Service

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voltage Anticheat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltage and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including any breach of these Terms or use of the Service for unauthorized or unintended purposes.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltage and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services must be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
